Keeping a positive frame of mind helps draw more positive feelings to you. This increases energy, gives you a better perspective, and helps you realize your goals.
The Law of Attraction is a technique to help people manifest their dreams and goals. Some believe it to be a science, and it does have a basis in scientific theories. It is controversial in the scientific community though as not all of it can be measurable, which is a prerequisite to anything with substance. Whether The Law of Attraction can be measured or not is of little consequence. It's definitely an excellent practice to help build positive habits. It applies some very basic common sense, in a nutshell; thoughts become things, so choose the good ones. That sounds simple in application, to just always think good thoughts. In actuality it can be challenging to consistently stay positive. It's logical that if the focus is on what's wrong with your life, what you don't want and don't like, then you are naturally going to be drawn to the areas of life that prove your thoughts to be accurate. The Law of Attraction teaches to focus on what you do want, what's all ready good in life and that getting what we hope and dream of is to be expected. The first step of practicing The Law of Attraction is to keep a positive frame of mind. Let's explore this with an example of events of an ordinary day. The alarm clock goes off late, so you are late getting your children to school. As you are driving to school the car ahead of you seems to be going about ten miles under the speed limit. You can't go around them, and you can't make them go any faster. Chances are, you are going to feel assured that the slow driver in front of you is out to get you. They seem to "know" that you are having a bad morning and are gleefully adding to your misery. So, you feel more stress, more anger, and the feelings of "why does everything bad happen to me?" self-righteously filter through your mind. To top it off, the children are whining loudly in the backseat because they are stressed about having to rush around so much. The rest of the day is going to be effected by having such a rough morning. If you are practicing the Law of Attraction, the morning could have gone in a completely different direction. The alarm clock goes off late, so you feel thankful that you got a few minutes of extra rest. You make it an adventure to see who can get ready the fastest, maybe the winner will get to pick dessert out for supper later that night. Now you get in the car and the driver ahead of you is going extra slow. You know you are all ready late, but also know that being a few minutes later because of this driver is not going to end the world. You feel thankful that you get the few extra minutes to chat and joke with the kids about it. They are a lot more fun as they just played an exciting game of "getting ready to go the fastest". The rest of your day is smooth and productive. Just because it didn't start the way you expected, it was good to see how you could stay positive and focus your energy on more important things in your life. By keeping higher vibrations/thoughts/feelings around you, you are going to give yourself a better perspective. When this is happening, you will begin having more energy and drive. Life is going to automatically begin mirroring those good habits back to you by offering you more of what you all ready have, because YOU started it. Keeping a positive mental focus is the biggest part of the Law of Attraction.
