The definition of Behavior from a personal development standpoint with an example of usage

Behavior

Definition: Behavior is a person's action or reaction to some situation or stimulus. My behavior is different when I feel threatened than when I feel secure. Many behaviors are ingrained and operate out of the subconscious based on past experiences and belief systems.

Example: Once Jeremy realized that he had alienated his friends by whining and complaining, he changed his behavior and always tried to see the positive side of situations and people.
