The definition of Change from a personal development perspective with an example of usage.

Change

Definition: In the personal development sense, change is a transformation, a shift of thinking and or doing. Life changes are often difficult to accomplish because of long-held beliefs and long-standing habits.

Example: After realizing that his whining and complaining behavior was alienating his friends, Jeremy attempted to change the way he thought and spoke. He found this life change difficult because complaining had become his habit.
