Connection

Definition: Connection is the relationship that all humans have to each other. Recognizing our deep connection to all living beings helps us to be loving, generous, and caring. At the level of soul and God, we are all one.

Example: When Jeremy shifted from whining and complaining about things happening to him and began listening generously to other people, he noticed that he felt a deep and loving connection to everyone.
