Good Life Tip:

Launch your pursuit of happiness and the good life by writing your own legacy. Think ahead to your final days of life and visualize how you want to be remembered by those closest to you. What personal strengths might they recall? What accomplishments will they remember?

What do you want your closest relationships to be able to truthfully say about you? Be honest and sincere about what you want at this time.

This is your legacy. What you leave behind is how you are remembered and the ways you impacted the lives of others. By crafting your own legacy well before your life ends you create a positive plan for your life.

Research shows that a life with purpose is a meaningful and fulfilling life. Those with an overall mission and purpose are able to transcend the negative events life presents. Your self-crafted legacy will provide the purpose and meaning in life that characterizes the good life.
